It is often difficult to know what you are getting yourself into when you move to another city, or visit one that you don’t know at all. New Yorkers walk with their head down and walk to get somewhere not to get held up.

New York City is a community but you really do need to find your own way around it and you will fit in fine. No one wants to hold your hand, but that’s why the saying goes… if you can make it here, you can make it anywhere.
